I had an amazing experience. I don't have one bad thing to say about the store or the customer service. They were so friendly from the time I walked in the door my first appointment to the day I walked out with gowns in hand ready to get married. The seamstress is amazing and priced way lower than some of the other shops I've been to. If you need a wedding gown go see these girls. They truly are great at hat they do!

The wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxedos all came from Marie Antoinette bridal salon in Derby Connecticut. Everyone at the bridal shop were extremely professional and most important knowledgeable! The seamstress, Josephine, had all the dresses fitting perfectly. The tuxedos were delivered with plenty of time to make sure that everything fit. Fantastic service! Many thanks to Theresa, Alicia, Josephine, and everyone at this bridal shop.

I have never had a problem with bad service before in any other shop. I'm usually the one judging myself; but this is the most ridiculous place! It wasn't my wedding but had to get a bridesmaids dress here. First it wasn't even the same colors the rest of the bridesmaids (which we found out on wedding day), then we were being accused by them that it was our fault. I told them that they could have the dress and wanted a full refund. Needless to say the only thing this place did was reimburse 50% and give me a migraine. Trying on wedding gowns? Forget it! The staff gives you an attitude if you don't like what they picked. NEVER AGAIN! Id rather get my wedding dress from Target.

I had a holiday wedding in Connecticut last year. I can't say one bad thing about this bridal shop. The staff was so very helpful and knew me on a first name basis as soon as I walked in. I can't believe they remembered my name and what dress I ordered. They have so many customers there on a daily basis. They have a HUGE selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses and mother of the brides to select from. I couldn't believe they even do tuxedos. My fiance didn't want to go to the "pink" place but once he was in he became very comfortable with the girls. They even got a tuxedo try on in for him. We received so many compliments on our wedding party, I referred everyone to go see the girls at this bridal store for their special day. I won't step foot into another bridal shop ever again. Thanks for all of your help and great service. I will be back with my friends for their big days!
