Be careful what you eat and when

It is quite possible that you are not even aware of how sedentary your lifestyle has become. However, if you get a fitness tracker that you will wear on your wrist at all times, you will be able to see just how many daily steps you are taking, and then do your best to beat your yesterday’s score every day. Walking is a great way to burn calories and lose weight, and having a constant reminder that you need to keep moving might motivate you to rack up those steps. 

Become a yogi

Everyone knows that planning a wedding can be extremely stressful. Is the band going to mess up your favorite song? Will everyone arrive on time? What if it rains on your big day? Have all the guests RSVPed?
