Not when it’s from Dave Nooan and Dorian Patrick of Carla Ten Eyck Photography and C10 Studios. This absolutely stunning shoot at one of Connecticut’s newest venues, 19Main, features a gorgeous combination of elegant details and vintage inspiration. Basically, we’re totally in love with how this perfect elegant meets vintage styled wedding came together.
It’s hard to figure out where to begin with this stunning styled wedding shoot, so I think it’s best we start big and then go small. The big picture ticket with this shoot? The stunning venue. 19Main’s converted bank vault and historic architecture truly give a vintage, historic feel to this gorgeous shoot. We absolutely can’t stop staring at the incredible lighting, those ultra cool vaults that make killer portraits, and the gorgeous park right across the way. The venue really set the tone for this stunning styled wedding.
Of course when you’re talking about a styled wedding, it’s nearly impossible not to spend a good amount of your time totally fixated on the bride, and this shoot is no different. For us, there was something so vintage inspired about the bride that we were instantly taken back in time. Whether it was her strong fringe, red lip, and lined eyes by Blush Couture or that gorgeous long-sleeved, lace gown, we were absolutely in love with her styling. Plus, her cascading greenery and white and pink rose bouquet is definitely the stuff dreams are made of, and the images of she and the groom on that tank were given us some serious World War II vibes. Basically, we’re in love with how all of these vintage elements came together in the styling.
Speaking of styling, we’ve got to give major props to Jubilee Events. What’s a styled wedding without some gorgeous design work after all? Jubilee Events, Just for You Floral Design, and Coral Pheasant all worked together to create a breathtaking set-up inside 19Main. These three paired up to bring a pretty pink environment into a vintage, almost industrial setting. We’re totally in love with the sparkling pink linens and how they coordinate with the eucalyptus, white rose, pink rose, hydrangea, and queen anne’s lace arrangements. Plus, each carefully chosen blooms just seems romance to us. Plus, we’re getting some seriously beautiful rose gold accents. Rose gold is going to be totally huge for weddings this year, and this team had it all figured out to give you major wedding inspiration.
