The Agricolas

At the first meeting, we knew we had to have Misty as our photographer. Besides the venue, she was the first vendor that we chose, and she was the center around which all our other vendors were chosen. She made us feel comfortable instantly. She took the time to get to know us, to take detailed notes, to send emails, and to be a friend through the wedding process. We fell in love with her artistic eye, and felt excited to give her license to capture our special moments in her unique ways knowing they would come out brilliantly – which of course they did.

Misty is a real professional. She has great command over her work and maintains an incredible website for both current and prospective clients with online viewing and purchasing. Misty was a bit of a splurge in our budget but she was beyond worth it. We worked with her to have a wedding photography “registry” so that our guests could purchase a gift card for us, which would go towards our package. She created a lovely paper gift ensemble that she sent to our guests, which they gave to us (people gave it mostly for bridal shower or engagement gifts prior to the wedding). She accepted purchases online and by phone. Our guests found the process seamless and we appreciated it so much! It really helped to make our dream wedding photographs come true. Thank you Misty.

If you are reading this review, once you meet with Misty you will know what I mean. At the end of the day, the packages and offerings are similar across many wedding photographers (8-10 hours, e-session, digital files, prints, albums, etc etc), and the most important aspect of choosing a photographer is feeling confident that you will be happy, excited, and comfortable seeing and interacting with that person on your most important day. More than any other vendor, I think the photographer is someone you and your family will interact with the most on a personal level. Isn’t that worth finding the best person for the job? Make an appointment with Misty and don’t look back.
