I helped a friend plan a wedding, and happened upon the website for Emily’s Catering. After checking out the menu and talking with Rick, the owner/chef, I hired them to cater the rehearsal dinner. We chose Rick’s buffet, which is an absolutely amazing value. He was always pleasant and helpful each time we spoke. The food was nothing short of fantastic. The staff that brought the dinner was on site and set up early, and even though we arrived late, they were pleasant, professional, and the food was kept at the perfect temperature without becoming overdone.
