Looking back at the wedding, I can honestly say that no matter how much you plan or think ahead, something will not work out exactly as you expect it to, but at our wedding, when Frank was playing songs according to the play list and some loud guests kept hassling him to play this or that (even when the reception was pretty much over), we were very impressed by how Frank handled the situation. He calmly answered them, and he also quickly checked with us to make sure he should stick to the game plan. As our guests were a priority, we asked him to change the last couple songs, last minute, and he complied. In the end, everything worked out perfectly, and we really apprecaite that Frank and his staff were able to accommodate us and our guests, even if our requests were short-notice.
