From the very moment I walked in the door Barbara was absolutely fabulous. I picked out a few dresses that I liked and she suggested a few herself, one of which I really didn’t like. As it turns out, the one I didn’t like on the hanger was “the one”!!! Barbara has a great sense of what looks good on certain people and I’m so happy she made me try on the dress! The level of customer service that she gave to me was above and beyond any other dress shop you’ll go to and the fact that it’s a full service shop (alterations are done in house), you know that you will be happy with the results, or else she’s not happy. The prices are extremely reasonable, and because I was not getting my dress altered there (I live in Virginia), she gave me a generous discount. I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day and I would recommend Bridal Bells to anyone who wants more than standard customer service.
