Where do I even begin? I went to this shop to try on my first wedding dress ever. Weary as to how this experience might go, it was flawless and memorable. Jessica offers amazing 1-1 service from the second you walk in the door and accomodates your every need. She is efficient, yet patient, & extremely knowledgable, unfolding facts and stories about each and every dress you try on. Also, she will never lock you in a room and expect you to know how to get in and out of every gown ( like some shops do), expect her to get really close and personal while she adorns you in gown after gown. I felt like a princess. Just because I wanted to see what other gowns were out there, I went to 4 other shops. Bliss Bridal blew them all out of the water with service, beautiful gowns, and environment. I cannot wait to go back for round 2!
