My husband and I had our wedding reception at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa. After booking with them we checked out their preferred vendor list. Timeless Moments was on their list and we are so happy they were! The moment we met Kevin and LaVala we knew they were the right pick for us. They were so thorough and spent more than ample time answering our (endless) questions. They were able to support what they said by showing us clips of weddings they have done and the quality was unbelievable.
One of our biggest worries was the thought of having camera people in our faces all night long- we shared this concern with Kevin and he ensured us that we would not feel this way on our special day. Never at any point of the night did we feel like we had a camera beside us. Kevin and his crew were able to capture amazing moments that we experienced and ones we were lucky enough to view on tape without being intrusive whatsoever. They were also able to catch moments that we didn’t get to fully experience firsthand during our busy day.
The quality of the product we received was incredible. The movie itself was very well produced from the beginning title screens to the ending credits. Kevin and LaVala also put in creative touches such as special effects and black and white candids where it was deemed appropriate during the movie. Kevin and his crew were also able to coordinate with our DJ and photographer beforehand to make sure they were always at the right place at the right time.
