I had already visited several “dress shops” before my appointment at The Plumed Serpent. I’m not sure if I walked in with an already negative idea of what was to come, but I was completely floored by their friendliness and knowledge. My mother and I were wowed by our consultant! She wasn’t just showing me dresses – she listened to my needs and presented me with ideas that I hadn’t even considered. I found my dream gown and I can’t say enough about the staff’s professionalism and helpfulness. A class act!
