I had my wedding reception at Cascade this winter. It was better than I could have ever imagined. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff top notch. Domenic booked our wedding, he answer all our questions ASAP and helped us stay sane through the stressful wedding planning. Rosa was our Banquet Manager. We met her at our food tasting (which completely sealed the deal). She told us that she would take care of everything the night of our wedding, which she did. I felt as if I was a guest at my own wedding. I never had to talk to the DJ or photographer. She organized everything and even let us know when to start greeting the guests table by table. Alexis was our Maitr'd (sorry for the mispelling). She made sure that my entire bridal party had a drink in their hands at all times. The waitstaff are wonderful. My guests still are calling to tell us how delightful their waitress was and how fast they were. The food was served hot. Though, Cascade was great. I'm mainly pleased that we got what we paid for. When we were shopping around for a reception hall, Cascade was about $20.00 more per person. We were going to go elsewhere, but we felt comfortable with the staff and it is absolutely beautiful. We booked anyways, and not a regret about it. I would recommend Cascade to all brides and grooms, even if you think its a little more expensive than other places. You're only getting married once so do it right.

My first experience at Cascade was a wedding for a friend of mine right after it opened. It was refreshing to be at such a new and luxurious facility, but that wasn't all: the food was bar none; displays unlike anything I had ever seen before; courteous and professional waitstaff; beautiful private grounds, and, to top it off, a waterfall. Since then, I have been back almost every time Cascade offers an "open to the public" function for holidays. Everything is consistent and just as perfect as my first experience there. I have had the pleasure of meeting Rosa, the banquet manager, and her family who owns the facility. They really take pride in what they do, and it shows. I look forward to planning my own event there soon.

My son and daughter in law just had their wedding reception at Cascades in Hamden, CT.I can't say enough good things about how wonderful the entire event was and how everyone enjoyed the wedding. Rosa, Alexis and Dominic were great hosts. They paid attention to every detail and were very accommodating to all our needs. The food was exceptional for a banquet. I received many calls the next day from guests raving about the food. This is definitely a 5 star facility. Thanks to everyone at Cascades.

I fell in love with Cascade from the moment I walked into the ballroom. I had looked at numerous wedding venues, but this one was the only one that had me utter "Wow" when I walked through the doors. I loved the open floor plan. Our guests had plenty of room to move around, and the entire room was a dance floor! The beautiful staircase allows for a grand entrance and allows plenty of time for the bridal party to start the party and get everyone excited for a fun night. The chandeliers are stunning and added to the elegance. The outdoor patio and furniture allowed guests to enjoy the weather and surroundings. The food is phenomenal with several options to choose from. The staff was very attentive and really took care of our guests. We received numerous compliments from family and friends on the quality of service, food, and the physical attributes of the venue itself. Rosa and Dominic were accommodating of our needs and had several suggestions to make the most of our night, including recommended a variety of high quality vendors. Our wedding night was more unbelievable then I ever could have imagined, and Cascade is responsible for a good part of it!.

I just had my wedding at Cascade in August. I have to say, everything was absolutely perfect. Fantastic fantastic staff. Wonderful decor, great location, amazing food. You should not have ANY reservations booking Cascade. They will not disappoint. Our wedding was the day of our dreams thanks to the staff and ambiance at Cascade. Rosa was our coordinator and she was the best. She provided the structure we needed for the wedding to go off without a hitch, but also made certain that my groom and I were always taken care of, and that both are parents were as well. You get amazing bang for your bucks, as they are very reasonably priced, but our guests probably thought we broke the bank. It was first class all the way. I had never heard of Cascade when I started looking for venues a year ago. It was the perfect location for us, as many of our friends and family are scattered around the state, so it was a good midpoint. I am not sure why more brides have not discovered this gem of a place. Everything appears new, crisp and clean looking (no old ugly carpet or ugly decor, as many other places we have been to). It has a very elegant look, HUGE dance floor, high ceilings, elegant staircase and neutral decor ready for a bride to personalize with her own touches. The outdoor gardens and ceremony area are gorgeous and well maintained with an outdoor fountain, lawns and gorgeous flowers and landscaping. Their downstairs garden room was perfect for our cocktail hour. Thankfully the weather cooperated, but they had a great grand lobby if we had to have the wedding indoors. Again, I cannot say enough about the staff. Dominic booked our wedding. He really worked with us to put together the menu we wanted, and also gave great hints and advice when we needed it. I worked at a high end restaurant for 15 years, so I know what good staff and good food are. The entire staff was on point all night long. The food was exceptional. As a food snob, I expect the best and that's what I got. Every single one of my guests commented on how great the venue and the food were. Again, I cannot say enough about this place.

I attended Cascade for my first time while visiting a Bridal Show. I knew the minute I walked in, this was where I wanted to get married. From the friendly staff and amazing food to the venue itself, I fell in LOVE. Out of curiosity, I did look at a few area facilities, but nothing compared. When we finally made the decision to book Cascade, they were very accommodating to my fiance and I. They arranged a time that worked for us and helped create a package that met all of our needs. Every time I had a question, I could call or email and everything was addressed promptly and professionally. The day of our wedding came up so quickly and they worked together to make our wedding day so special. The staff on our wedding day were able to keep us calm and organized throughout the whole day!! Who would have thought we would have our very own Wedding Planner at no extra cost. The service was amazing and the food was impeccable. We haven't heard one negative remark about our wedding day! The banquet room was set up perfectly and the entire day was flawless. I can't thank the staff enough for all they did. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time and that is something very important when selecting your reception location! I wish I could do it all over again and without a doubt, Cascade would be our place!

Cascade is the perfect venue for a wedding. My husband and I visited more than 10 venues before we chose Cascade, and there was no comparison. For the same prices as everywhere else we visited, the venue and food was 5 star vs a 2 or 3 star in the other venues. We had the entire venue for the duration of our cocktail hour and reception. Cascade has a look of complete elegance with the hardwood floors throughout and gorgeous chandeliers. From the appetizers to the main course the food was delicious. Our guests were more than pleased with the food, drinks, and wait staff. I would and will recommend Cascade in a heartbeat.
