I’m not sure what happened, but before attending a wedding reception at ARIA, I read all the reviews and was really looking forward to a 5 star experience myself. But, unfortunately, I can’t say I had a 5 star experience. The venue was very pretty, I would give that a 5. But the food was not good at all. The prime rib was tough, probably most of them overcooked and arrived cold. The stuffed shrimp was very difficult to eat. Pretty much everyone at our table was disappointed with their meal. Something must have went wrong this day, because all the other reviews rave about the food. Maybe someday we’ll get another chance to change our opinion, but for now, it is not that high for ARIA. Sorry.
