OK. So far my dress search had become a NIGHTMARE!!! I tried on many dresses at many stores and always came out wanting to call the whole thing off and elope!! I wasn’t going to be seen in a dress that made me look terrible. So when a friend suggested that i go to the white dress by the shore i was skepticle but i still didn’t have a dress so i took a chance. I wanted simple and elegant, not too many beads and baubles, and nothing that looked cheap! I went into the store and instead of finding 2 dresses i wanted to try on (like all the other stores) i found 10! The lady’s understood the truama of not being able to find something that you like and handled me with the kid gloves i needed…. And then as i am chatting away slipping into dress # 5 (which i liked 1-4 they just didn’t blow me away) Both me and Lindsay(from the store) looked up and just stopped talking….. That doesn’t happen to me!! THIS IS IT!! we both knew instantly! This was the dress! I of course had to bring my mother and aunt back to see it and the same reaction occured!! total silence..and tears from my aunt. every worry gone!! The staff took such good care of me, took away my fears and worries, penny their semstress even came down BEFORE I BOUGHT THE DRESS.. to talk about and difficulties in alterations, NONE by the way… I love this place so much that i wish that i could wear 10 dresses to my wedding just so i could spend more time with them!!
