I could not have asked for a better experience. Barbara, the owner, surprised me by pulling the second I tried on herself without me even asking (not the one I thought I wanted off the racks) and her pick became The Dress. She obviously has an eye for what will look great on you. Beyond that, the entire experience was a breeze and a pleasure and I felt personally cared for from beginning to end. After my first alteration, I decided that I didn’t really love the draping on the skirt of the dress (the way it came from the factory). The alterations GURU there pinned and reworked the complicated draping and completely revitalized the whole dress so it draped perfectly. I am so appreciative of the amazing craftsmanship and pure skill of the woman who did the alterations. Furthermore, I feel that I got a great deal on those alterations to boot. Bridal Bells is a bit of a diamond in the rough, but you will get the highest quality craftsmanship, service, and price without hassles or attitude. Excellent! Definitely a highlight of the whole wedding planning process.
