Alissa Dinneen is a contemporary wedding photographer who melds together photojournalism and portraiture to create a captivating picture story of your wedding day. She captures the unexpected moments, the well thought details, and the pure joy as the day unfolds.

Alissa Dinneen is a second-generation photographer that takes pride in giving her clients personalized service, as well as great images. She started her photographic journey at the age of ten with her mother's part time wedding photography business, and has been involved ever since. Today Alissa and her mother are proud to say that she owns her own photography business.

Alissa Dinneen holds a BA in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University, and is a graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography. Alissa regularly continues to go to seminars, workshops, and conventions to further her education in photography, and be up to date with the current styles of the craft. She is a member of the Connecticut Professional Photographers, Professional Photographers of New England, Professional Photographers of America, and Wedding and Portrait Photographers International.

Great memories to cherish

I absolutely love all of the pictures you have taken - from our wedding to our first child - I am so happy to have so many memories that we can cherish forever through your photos. You're ability to capture every special moment so perfectly is truly amazing. Looking back at the pictures of our daughter as a newborn - I feel like I'm there holding her in my arms again. It's so great to be able to remember her when she was so little because she's growing up so fast. You have captured some very special moments in our lives and for that we are so grateful!
