Dissapointing hotel

While we did not use the Courtyard Marriott for our wedding reception, we did use it as our accommodations for our out of town guests. The rooms were nice, but there were several glitches that would make me not recommend the Shelton Courtyard for your wedding. Firstly, they lost our shuttle bus registration four days before the wedding and had given our shuttle to another couple. They did fix the situation, however the shuttle bus to take our guests back to the hotel did not arrive until close to an hour after the reception ended. At that point, we had found other guests to drive these stranded guests to the hotel. They also told all of our guests that there was a breakfast the morning following the wedding, when we specifically told the hotel that it was designed to be an intimate gathering for immediate family members only. We were forced to pay over $1000 extra to feed all of our guests. All in all, they were disorganized and unprofessional. I was very disappointed.
