We are happy to announce that we've just opened a beautiful boutique in downtown Mystic at 15 Holmes Street.

Hana means "flowers" in Japanese, in homage to Yumiko's ancestry. It's also how we translate our love of arranging into something we actually do for a living.

Amazing arrangements

I had a truly wonderful experience with Yumiko Fletcher of Hana Floral Design for my wedding in Stonington on June 16th. I had some general sense of the overall style I liked and some color ideas, but no clear picture in mind. Yumiko was wonderful about hearing my thoughts--wedding colors, personal tastes, the general feeling I was going for--and turning them into awe-inspiring reality. The flowers at the ceremony and reception were really unbelievably beautiful and unique, and people could not stop commenting on them. Perhaps as important, Yumiko was a total joy to work with. She clearly got what I was after, and I was happy to put my faith in her to be creative and apply her amazing taste. I could not have been more pleased with the results.
