Mahan's Catering LLC is an award winning leader in the catering industry in Ct. for the past 23 years. Mahan's Lakeview Fine Catering sits atop 20 beautifully wooded acres, overlooling the New England countryside and the picturesque Lyman Lake. Lakeview offers a complete wedding package including not only quality gourmet food, premiun liquor, fast courtious service but other necessities including a 2005 stretch limo, a customized wedding cake and our "high energy" DJ with our state of the art sound system hidden in the celling. An exciting new addition is the "CHAPEL AT LAKEVIEW", a 2500 sq.ft. church like wedding chapel featuring 28ft. high cathedral cealings, a fabulous 26ft. by 16ft. cathedral picture window overlooking the countryside & Lyman Lake for your ceremony backdrop, a fabulous warm marble fireplace for winter weddings, crystal chandeliers, stained glass windows, marble & hardwood floors and seating capacity for 325 guests. The Chapel is perfect for winter wedding or days with inclemant weather. We also feature a new bar area with a covered outside patio overlooking the gardens & Lyman Lake for cocktails. Our fabulous Gardens have a 25ft. Gazebo and a spectacular Waterfall for your natural outdoor wedding and /or portraits.

PERFECTION!

I cannot say enough great things about Mahan's and their staff. I just had my wedding there recently and people are still talking about how fantastic the venue was!! It's like a hidden gem, I hope more people discover how great this place is! The food was perfection, absolutely delicious! The timeline was spot on- Ray truly has this down to a science. The DJ that was included was a blast, he got everyone on the dance floor. The limo was on time and very nice. The cake was also delicious and looked exactly as I wanted it. We had our ceremony in the chapel and I am SO happy we did, the view is like nothing else. I really have no complaints, it was a perfect day.
