Totally Worth EVERY Penny

After Hours is AMAZING! We found them through our venue and honestly, I can't even out into words how wonderful these guys were to EVERYONE. Our guests had a great time, my groom's Aunt even booked her 2 kids' weddings through Bert after our wedding! Before the introductions, Vinny came back and went, person by person, to make sure he had the correct pronunciation and role of EACH person. It was also my parents' 39th anniversary and they mentioned that even though we didn't ask them to! Bert knows how to play to a crowd! We were concerned about the music played at dinner, we didn't want anyone to feel like they had to shout across the table or that they had to eat to the pace of the music! We told Bert that we wanted Elton John, Billy Joel, Eagles etc. for the music genre and left him to his own discretion. Bert surprised us and the guests with a fun game between courses. He accomodated last minute changes and was a JOY to work with. Most of all, I wanted to do something very special for my new husband and Bert made it possible. I recorded a song we had planned to dance to before hand but my husband didn't know until he heard my voice. Bert said he'd never done that before but it was SO easy to work with him and it went off without a hitch! There are 2 things that people constantly STILL compliment us on from our wedding over a year ago: the cake (YUM) and the music. People tell us all the time that they never had so much fun at a wedding! Bert, Vinny and After Hours are worth EVERY PENNY you spend. They may be higher than what you are expecting but you get what you pay for and guests loving your wedding is priceless!
