Weddings by Jessica's Country Flowers

| We met with Jessica and signed a contract for our wedding which was to be held 11 months later. Rather than pay a deposit and then make 2 additional payments we paid her in full (more than $4000). 29 days later (10 months before our wedding) we had to cancel our wedding due to circumstances beyond our control. Since Jessica had not done any work, ordered any flowers or turned anyone away for our date we asked her to refund our payment. She refused. When we offered her $500 in exchange for the 45 mins she spent with us selling her services, she refused. Jessica intended to keep the entire $4000! We were forced to sue her. I am happy to report that the court Ordered her to give us a full refund plus costs to bring the lawsuit. Jessica was completely unreasonable throughout and we would encourage everyone to use someone else or you will be sorry. PS--We were happily married in Sept 2011. |
