Mike Connolly Sound Productions

We had an extensive initial sit-down meeting about 1 year before our wedding. He went through many details and things to think about as our day got closer. At this meeting, we also realized how important it is to choose a DJ that is competent in handling not only music duties but also public speaking and managing the flow of the wedding day.

We had another sit-down with Mike about 1 month before our wedding and set everything we wanted and didn't want on paper. We also gave him the names of everyone needed for introductions and special comments that day. (We had a very large wedding party.) As we got closer to our date, we had groomsmen and bridesmaids cancel due to pregnancy and child birth and Mike adjusted perfectly to our situation and our needs. He also spent extra time with us in deciding our intro songs and special dance songs. This is where Mike shows his passion for music and his job.

The day of our wedding Mike was is usual self, on top of everything and happy to be there! He is sure to know people's names, is in tune with the wedding party as well as the guests and has a special talent in finding what music works/fits best to get the most excitement out of all who are attending.

As some reviews may come from biased sources. We are both proud to say that we are not related to Mike Connolly in any way and we also do not have any business relationship with Mike or his company. We do hope to continue a personal friendship going forward that was created through planning our wedding. We are two people that witnessed his talents at another wedding and sought him out for his services at ours.

We feel that Mike has a special talent for keeping people on the dance floor and involved throughout the day. We know that Mike loves music and works in a field that plays to his interests and talents. We were fortunate to have him as the DJ and Emcee of our day and you would be as well.
