Less than satisfactory service

We received less than satisfactory service from King Limo... Pick-up at our home was 20 minutes later than the scheduled time, pick up at airport upon return from our trip was 30 minutes late- we had to call limo driver to find out where he actually was. Where was he? At a local motel! I've never had to track down a limousine driver before!! When I reported these incidents to Bob King, owner of King Limo, the only remark he had was "Maybe you should use a different Limousine service next time" I will gladly do so.... Too many other fine limousine companies out there to deal with.
