A few things went wrong the day of my wedding. First, leading up to the event, I contacted them to make a schedule change and the updating the file (or at least I heard typing). The eve of my wedding, someone from the office called confused on the timing and location of the events. I went though each location, time and address for my 4 vehicles I had ordered with them. The day of my wedding, they took the groom and the grooms men to the wrong church and then proceeded to forget to pick me up. THE BRIDE! When I called and asked where they were they lied and then sent someone to get me. The driver was angry and cursing at me and then drove erratically to the church. At the end of my reception I have a party bus driving as a transporter for me and my guests. The driver drove about 40mps and went the long way each time. We weren't sure if he was lost or simply was "milking-the-clock". When I returned from my honeymoon, I requested an invoice and they had over billed my by an hour. I contacted the manager was apologetic and helpful. He adjusted my invoice and remove the gratuity from the driver, the was cursing at me at my request. Based on the managers willingness to help, I'd say the company is trying but has some bad staff. Don't completely write them off - just manage them accordingly.
