It was my second wedding so I was not looking for a $1500 dress.

They were soooo helpful when I was trying on dresses! Complimentary and they really seemed to care even though I was buying a less expensive dress. I was really happy in July when I ordered the dress and paid them. I felt I had made the right decision. Even though I am a dress size 8 and they ordered me a 12.

When my dress was delivered in September, I went to try it on with the same "warm and fuzzy" feeling. Although, I was confused by the seamstress that didn't speak much English and there was nobody else around to help me. She said the dress was just fine and didn't need too much. By this time I had lost almost 10 lbs, but the dress is "forgiving" I was told it was just the "style" that made me look "hippy"....

I never received a call to tell me my dress was ready and was a week late picking it up due to a death in my family. When I walked in the same Sales Lady who had been so helpful in July looked at me and said "may I help you?" Am I THAT unforgettable???? I don't think so!!!!!!!!! Then she said "oh...let me get you your cocktail dress" My COCKTAIL DRESS???????????? This is my freaking WEDDING dress!!!!! That I just paid you $250 for and then $125 in alteration costs!!!!!!

I tried on the wrinkled dress and once again could not understand what the seamstress said to me....so I had a young lady (who did remember me) ring me up and off I went!

When I showed the dress to family...friends...even my florist...they were speechless....did they press it???? They all asked......

Ummm.....they said they did???? "I can just let it hang in the shower???" I responded....after thinking about it for a week I brought it back....the owner said with attitude "Dresses wrinkle!" but they agreed to press it while I waited....it looked the same 20 minutes later!!!!!

I took the dress directly to Best Cleaners in Canton...they said the dress had not been pressed! They pressed it and $11 dollars and 24 hours later my dress looked beautifully pressed (still think the alterations could have been better)!

This is my second wedding...I spent far more on my first dress....and got much better service....but I don't think the price of the dress should matter! Alterations cost the same.....business is business.

I have talked to friends and co-workers after the fact that have also had bad experiences here.

It is not about the money you spend....or what size you are or how pretty you are...or how nice you are.....this is just a bad business and I will NOT shop here again!
