| Most unprofessional salon ever. I watched in horor as an elderly client was forced to walk over a large dog laying just under the stairs. This same dog jumped up on me as the owner looked on . This dog comes before any client! Dress was late and not sized according to the measurement taken by the staff. I was assured that I would not be charged for the jackets alterations. I was stunned to get a bill of $154.00 paid to cash please. When I asked about the additional cost I was told that they did not charge me for over sizing. There was no mention of addition over sizing charges when I paid 100% at the time of the order. When I question this I was told that everyone knows that over a size 16 there is over size charges. News to me. Please go else where. No computer at this establishment so watch that paper trail. Go else where! |
