| Horrible experience - Don't use them!!! |
| I felt this place was a joke. I have been involved in many weddings including my own and this experience was horrible. It seemed to me they were pushing larger sizes to be ordered so they could make more money. When the dresses came in, they were all huge. The cost for alterations, hems and take in were extremely costly. Alterations were not completed properly and the day before the wedding they were ready to pick up. Many dresses had to be fixed while sitting there for hours. One of the other bridesmaids dresses was ordered at a different bridal store out of state and the dress looked beautiful. The alterations were completed throughout the whole dress like they should have been. All Tony talked about was how other people were coming in complaining about other places (like Davids Bridal). I have used Davids Bridal many times for weddings and I never had a problem with them. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Everyone in there is extremely rude and everytime I walked out of that place I wanted to smack someone. Do not use! |
