Great experience with the right consultant

Harold's was my second shopping experience after a horrible time looking at dresses at David's Bridal. Whenever I liked dresses online and checked to see where it could be found Harold's came up. I was excited to find my dream dress there. Unfortunately they didn't have any of the dressed I picked out online. But they will order the dress for $50 and if you buy it the money goes towards the balance. I was on the verge of doing that after 2 hours of trying on dresses. My consultant just didn't seem to get me and always seemed annoyed that I was taking so long. I was going to give up on Harold's but I was told they were having a Demetrios trunk show soon which was one of the designers I liked. So I decided to check it out. I thought there would be a lot more dresses at a trunk show but there were only a few I wanted to try on. Again, I had the same consultant who has no personality and always seems bored. She also asked ME what the difference was between a chapel and cathedral train. Really? I was giving up again and then the owner Lisa came in to save the day. I told her what I liked and didn't like and within minutes she found the dress. I wanted to change the top which she assured me was very easy to do and was no problem. She was sweet and funny and made the experience so much better. I spent almost 5 hours with the other girl between the two visits and her boss understood me better in 5 minutes. I wish I had Lisa from the beginning. She also told me to try more dresses before I said yes so I was sure. She put different veils on me and answered all concerns my mother had. I bought my dress and am waiting for it to come in. I don't know how the alterations are yet.
