| Not good, they don't listen at all |
| I was in my friends wedding and she picked bridesmaid gowns from this place... when I got there to try it on and for them to take the measurements, I noticed they were leaving a lot of extra room but I let them continue. Then at the end they were like ok we will call you when the dresses come in and we are ordering you a size 8!
I said no I'm not an 8 I'm a 4 most of the time and a 6 sometimes and they said no we order one size too big just in case... I sat there and argued with the lady for a little bit until she finally agreed to compromise and order me a 6 (OR SO I THOUGHT)
When the dresses came in, she lied, she didn't order me a 6 she went ahead and ordered me an 8 after I told her I didn't want it... I hate nickel and dime stuff and that's exactly what they did... they knew it wouldn't fit me and they knew that they would be making money off of the alterations so I found someone else to do the alterations because there was no way in hell I was going to give them anymore of my money...
I do not trust them and I think they are very sneaky... I can't even imagine someone ordering the wrong size purposely so you can pay them more money for the alterations... unbelieveable
I would not recommend this place to any bride |
