Never Supplied My Wedding Video

Victor Fonseca, collected two payments from my husband and I in advance. He attended our wedding and appeared to be videotaping it. When it came time to collect our wedding video and make our final payment he seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. His phone number was turned off, his website disabled and he did not respond to several certified letters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
