October 6, 2007 Wedding

What a gem this lovely place is! We were looking for a place to have a small intimate wedding ceremony and reception when we came across the advertisement for the Grassy Hill Lodge. We did not want a place that would have three other weddings going on simultaneously, so when we saw that only one event at a time would be held, we called and made an appointment. When we walked in and saw the gleaming hard wood floors, the beautiful stone fireplaces and the gorgeous antiques everywhere, we were sold!

Martha was wonderful right from the start. She was so easy to work with and so responsive to everything we wanted to do. We were thrilled with everything on the big day and were treated like royalty! The food was amazing and the service was excellent as well.

We highly recommend this beautiful place whether it be for a party, a wedding, an anniversary or a shower. You will not be disappointed. A+ all the way!
