The Cortlandt Colonial hosts only one event at a time and is available for weddings of up to 200 guests. Facilities include a private garden area with waterfalls, a contemporary ballroom, large bridal suite, and several other gathering spaces around the property. An outdoor garden is available for beautiful garden ceremonies and gracious cocktail hours. All bookings are handled personally by the owner. The chef/owner is a CIA trained chef with experience from around the country. The locaion is less than one hour north of NYC, 45 minutes from Danbury, and is located in upper westchester county with easy access to many major roads.
