Don't spend your money at Arcadia

Long story short morning of the wedding, bridal bouquet was supposed to be ready @ 10 am I got there to pick it up @ 10:30,I had payed in full over the telephone, order was not ready they told me it would take 10 minutes,30 minutes later standing waiting.The manager was USELESS !!I I had no choice but to wait I was treating the bride to the bouquet it was supposed to be exactly the same one I had used for my wedding months earlier.Finally I got my bouquet in a box with tissue paper on top and when I was a few miles from the Brides house I lifted up the paper they of course made the wrong bouquet it should have been teardrop shaped which meant more roses.I called the store all the manger did was apologize (means nothing how about my $$back) stay away from this place they are incompetent lots of places out there shop around!!
