Exceptional Service

My wedding was September 2009- Labor Day Weekend. Desired Weddings was not my first shop that I had visited. I went to your typical chain stores first because we liked their prices and was very disappointed with the quality of dresses and their service. After searching many places online we found Desired Weddings and I cannot tell you how truly fortunate Iit was to find that we had a local wedding shop. I called and set up an appointment very easily. From the first day I walked in with my bridesmaids, I knew no matter what the prices I would use this shop for all of my wedding attire needs based soley on the customer service that we received and the quality of dresses they sold. Sandy and her husband were very attentive to my needs, they were very friendly, helpful and even catered to us a little bit by giving us refreshments, sitting and talking with us and offering suggestions with the latest trends. In my many encounters with Desired Weddings over the course of the "planning" everyone I dealt with was exceptional!!!! No one was pushy or over stepped their boundaries with what "they" liked. I was listened to and made to feel like I was their only customer. Sandy is personable, knowledgebale and very easy to work with. I recommend Desired Weddings without hesitation- you will be truly pleased with all that they have to offer!!!!! Absolutely wonderful experience (and we all know planning a wedding can be a nightmare)!!!!!!
