We’ve go to say that the result was pure magic! With stunning photographs captured by Shoreshotz Weddings, this wedding is one that will make you want to travel the world with a special someone.
Kathyrn and Rob’s big day began with the stunningly beautiful bride getting ready and having fun with her gorgeous bridesmaids. Kathyrn’s beauty on her big day was accented by makeup artist and hairstylist Janice Raccio from Salon Naomi. With her long locks perfectly curled and pulled half-back, Kathryn’s beaming smile could be seen throughout the day. The bride’s breathtaking Casablanca gown from Mariella Creations featured a beaded lace applique accented with pearls, Swarovski crystals, and sequins over satin. We definitely can’t overlook the groom’s dashing attire though! Rob looked debonair in a suit from Formals by Antonio. The silver paisley pattern vest and tie is a terrific detail that makes the suit outside of the everyday. Kathryn and Rob definitely didn’t overlook their wedding party, either. Kathryn’s bridesmaids wore elegant, black, one shoulder dresses from David’s Bridal, and the groomsmen looked incredibly handsome in their suits from Formals by Antonio which featured the same paisley pattern as the groom’s vest and tie.
The ceremony took place at the magnificent St. Cyril & Methodius Church. However, the grand scale of the church could not overshadow the pure joy radiating from the bride and groom on their wedding day. Kathryn’s procession down the alter was truly breathtaking. The wedding party took some absolutely stunning photographs at Gillette Castle on their big day, and the images truly capture the happiness and love for the future married couple. Following the ceremony and photographs, the bride and groom were truly able to express their personalities and passions through their creative reception.
The unique bride and groom decided to expertly personalize their celebration that took place at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station. Instead of traditional table numbers, the pair named each table after a different city they’ve visited as a couple. Talk about a super cute idea! Plus, the place cards were designed by Wedding Paper Divas, and instead of number numbers, they featured where each guest was “traveling to.” It’s the perfect jet setting theme for the reception. The creativity, however, didn’t end there. Guests didn’t sign a traditional guest book but instead visited a postcard station where they filled out their own postcard and deposited it into a personalized mailbox. After the wedding, the couple will be using that very special mailbox when they are living in their first home stateside. The gorgeous reception decor was accented with travel-based touches and featured globes, luggage tag and Swiss chocolate favors, several suitcases and gorgeous floral designs by Nancy Ellen’s Garden. The bride’s parents integrated their Polish heritage into the big day and offered a traditional Polish blessing.The cake, by Creative Cakes by Donna, was gorgeously displayed in the reception area and surely made everyone’s mouth water! Plus, with music and entertainment provided by A&B Entertainment, the reception was destined to be a blast!
Kathryn and Rob’s unique day is one for the books. By incorporating their heritage and their love of travel, the couple truly personalized their wedding. With an abundance of love, uniqueness, fun, and dancing, this is a surely a day the beautiful couple will never forget.
