Audra is a graduate of Mercer University, where she majored in English Literature and International Affairs. An avid lover of writing and books from a young age, she has always had a passion for the written word and the ways that words can create change in the world. While in college, she held positions with Alpha Gamma Delta, The Dulcimer Literary and Arts Magazine, The International Affairs Newsletter, The Mercer University Peer Advisors Team, and was a member of honor societies like Phi Eta Sigma and Order of Omega. After college, Audra served as an intern and later as an associate editor with a start-up wedding magazine in Macon, Ga. There, she discovered her second greatest love in the world — beautiful, breathtaking weddings. A perfect complement to her love of writing! These days, Audra has continued to expand her knowledge and pursuits of all things weddings and writing, so you’ll often finding her plugging away on her laptop in search of pretty inspiration, up and coming wedding trends, and need-to-know advice for brides-to-be on the road to happily ever after! When she not writing, you can guarantee she’s out shopping for fabulous shoes to add to her growing collection or fawning over pug puppies on Instagram!
